Learned counsels for the petitioner and the municipality both submit, upon instructions, that the terminal dues of the petitioner as regards pension and gratuity have already been paid. The petitioner has further grievance with regard to the arrear salary. 2. On a perusal of the order from which the instant contempt has arisen, it appears that direction was passed only for payment of the pension and gratuity amount and that there was no mention as regards the arrear salary dues of the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, no relief can be given to the petitioner in respect of the dues of arrear salary. The contempt application stands disposed of. 4. It will be open for the petitioner to file fresh petition on the fresh cause of action, if so advised. 5. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
