Petitioner is working as NMR in Aryavatam Gram Panchayat, Kajuluru Mandal since 01.11.1985 and was being extended minimum time scale as per the orders of District Collector. Though the Petitioner had attained 60 years as on 31.08.2024, he continued in service till 62 years i.e. 31.08.2026. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the salary of the Petitioner from September, 2024 to till date is not paid though the Petitioner had discharged service for the said period. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I submits that the claim of the Petitioner would be examined and accordingly, salaries will be paid at the earliest. 4. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: (i) The Respondent-authorities are directed to examine the claim of the Petitioner and disburse salaries to the Petitioner for the 4 period he worked as NMR within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
