The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 56/2025. 3. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was called outside by Abhijit Adhikari and he was shot at. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the First Information Report clearly indicates that the informant was inside the house when the incident had occurred. 5. It has been submitted that though the petitioner has been identified in the Test Identification Parade by the informant but such identification appears to be erroneous. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the contents of the First Information Report which does indicate that the informant was not an eye-witness to his son being shot at by one of any of the miscreants, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction ( 2026:JHHC:7752 ) of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chaibasa in S.T.
