Instant petitions under Section 482 BNSS are filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with G.R. Case No.638 of 2025 pending in the file of learned Nyayadhikari Gram Nyayalaya, Puri arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.491 of 2025 on the grounds stated. 4. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. It is submitted to the Court that the allegations in the FIR are against all and omnibus in nature, hence, the petitioners are entitled to go on bail. It is submitted that the petitioners in ABLAPL No.2406 of 2026 are the parents-in-law of the deceased, who committed suicide by hanging. Recorded the objection of the State. The Court finds that the deceased was alleged to be not properly treated after the demand made and was not fulfilled. From the FIR itself, the Court finds that money was demanded by the accused husband as he was to purchase an auto-rickshaw. The details of the events that preceded the death of the deceased are described in the FIR. It is made to understand that such demand was primarily made by the petitioner in ABLAPL No.2408 of 2026. Considering the FIR and the allegations therein and the demand made from the side of the accused husband, this Court is of the view that he is not entitled to pre-arrest bail, however, the co- accused persons, namely, parents-in-law of the deceased are upon their surrender before the learned court below subject to conditions. 5.
