(Hon’ble Shri Justice Naresh Kumar Chandravanshi ) Order on Board 21/04/2026 1. This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for the followings reliefs:- 4 "10.1)That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to direct the Respondents authorities to decide upon the Petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P/4) and application dated 31.01.2026 (Annexure P/5) and representation dated 12.02.2026 (Annexure P/3) within a strictly stipulated time frame. 10.3) That, this Hon'ble Court Kindly be pleased to declare the appointment of the rival executive bodies formed on year 2026 (Annexure P/1) (led by respondent no. 6 to 22 and by 23 to 34 respectively) as null, void, and illegal, being in gross violation of the Association's Constitution/ Bylaws. 10.4) That. this Hon'ble Court Kindly be pleased to direct the appointment of an Independent Administrator or an Election Officer to take over the management of the Tehsil Advocate Association, Kota District Bilaspur (C.G.) and to conduct fresh, fair, and democratic elections stipulated timeframe. 10.5) That, this Hon'ble Court Kindly be pleased issue a Prohibition restraining the disputed parallel bodies from utilizing the funds of the Association, operating its bank accounts, or taking any administrative decisions until a legally elected body is formed. 10.6) Any other relief or reliefs) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tehsil Advocate Association, Kota, District Bilaspur, is a registered body recognized by the State Bar Council of Chhattisgarh. In this year (2026), certain individuals were named as office bearers of the Tahsil Advocate Association, Kota. 5 However, during a subsequent period in 2026, a parallel body of office bearers was nominated in a secretive manner, led by private respondents, without any election being held. Counsel further submits that the petitioners filed a representation dated 12.02.2026 (Annexure-P/3) to Respondent No. 2 (State Bar Council of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur), but the same has not been decided till date. Hence, at this stage, this petition may be disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner’s representation (Annexure-P/3) within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for respondents would not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer. 4. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, without going into merits of the case, at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation (Annexure-P/3) submitted by the petitioners as early as possible in accordance with law/rules. 5.
