Also heard Mr. RJ Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, 1. Nazrul Islam Laskar and 2. Saidul Alom Laskar @ Saidur Islam Laskar, in connection with Silchar P.S. Case No. 52/2026 under Sections 64/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita read with Sections 4/21 of the POCSO Act corresponding to GR Case No. 77/2026. 3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge- sheet has already been filed in this case, vide CS No. 496/2026 dated 18.06.2026. 4. In view of above, the petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the learned Trial Court Below with an appropriate application for bail, which shall be considered in accordance with law. However, interim order is extended for another 15 (fifteen) days enabling the petitioners to appear before the learned Trial Court Below with an appropriate application for bail. 5.
