The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with M.G.M. P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025, registered under sections 61 (2), 316 (2), 316(5), 303(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned J.M, Ist Class at Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be owner of the truck and allegations are made of loading iron scraps on the said truck and the truck was left abandoned in the State of Bihar and iron scraps were sold to another person by driver and attendant of the said truck. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner happens to be owner of the truck. 5. Considering that petitioner happens to be owner of the truck and allegations are made that said truck was left abandoned in the State of Bihar and iron scraps were sold to another person by driver and attendant of the said truck and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition and in that view of the matter, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court ( 2026:JHHC:7893 ) shall release the petitioners on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 6.
