The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 125/2023. 3. It has been alleged that some unknown miscreants had committed the murder of the father of the informant. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that there are no eye-witnesses to the incident and only on account of a previous dispute which led to a threat being given to the deceased, the petitioner has been implicated. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner seems to have been implicated only on the basis of suspicion, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Chhattarpur P.S.
