Heard. 2. The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Kuakhia P.S. Case No.28 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.137 of 2026 registered for alleged commission of the offences punishable under Sections 85/115(2)/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the Court of the learned C.J.M., Jajpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction from the petitioners, submits that except the present bail application, no other bail application of the p. 2 petitioners is pending in any other Court relating to the aforesaid F.I.R. 4. The allegation against the petitioners is that on 19.01.2026, the complainant reported at the P.S. that she had married to the petitioner no.1 on 16.07.2023 as per Muslim rites and customs. At the time of marriage, the father of the complainant had fulfilled all the demands made by the petitioner no.1. After 15 days of their marriage, her in-laws (petitioner nos.2 to 4) allegedly tortured her both physically and mentally demanding more dowry. On 18.03.2025 evening, her husband (petitioner no.1) and other in-law members (petitioner nos.2 to 4) abused her using obscene languages, assaulted her and also threatened her with dire consequences and when she opposed the same, they drove her away from their house. Hence, the F.I.R. 5. The petitioner no.1 is the husband of the complainant whereas the other petitioners are the in- laws. In the present case, the dispute is arising out of the matrimonial discord. Therefore, the petitioners are p. 3 seeking pre-arrest bail and have approached this Court by filing the present anticipatory bail application. 6. Regard being had to the nature of allegations against the petitioners and the fact that the matter is arising out of a matrimonial discord, I am inclined to grant the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is directed that, in the event, the petitioners are arrested, they shall be released by the Arresting Officer, subject to the verification of the criminal antecedents of similar nature. The release of the petitioners shall also be subject to the conditions that they shall cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the I.O. as and when their presence is required for the purpose of investigation; they shall not indulge in similar criminal offences while on bail; they shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date of posting of the case, if not presented by sufficient cause. Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail. 7. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. (S.S.
