The applicant who is in custody since 09.11.2023 has approached this Court through JHCLSC, Ranchi for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.92 of 2024 arising out of Jarmundi P.S. Case No.56 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.851 of 2023, for the offence under Sections 302 of IPC, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Dumka. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that charge has already been framed on 20.12.2024 and till date only two witnesses have been examined. Further, the injury is upon both the parties i.e. wife and the applicant himself. On above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. Considering the period of custody and the stage of the trial, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Dumka in connection with S.T. Case No.92 of 2024 arising out of Jarmundi P.S. Case No.56 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.851 of 2023, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self-attested copy of his Aadhaar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
