The petitioner, through the medium of present petition, is seeking a direction upon the respondents to engage her as Helper for Anganwardi Centre Lone Mohalla-A, Sogam. 2. As per the case of the petitioner, her father had donated land for establishment of aforesaid Anganwadi Centre and in lieu thereof, mother of the petitioner came to be engaged as Helper in the said Centre. It has been further submitted that because the mother of the petitioner is not keeping a good health, she had opted to substitute herself with the petitioner and in this regard, the case has been processed by the official P a g e | 2 WP(C) 886/2026 CM(2329/2026] respondents. However, no decision is being taken by the official respondents in the matter. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would feel satisfied in case the official respondents are directed to consider her claim in accordance with law expeditiously. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for her engagement as Anganwardi Helper in Anganwardi Centre Lone Mohalla-A, Sogam most expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is made available to the respondents. Till such time the consideration is accorded by the respondents, the post of Anganwardi Helper in Anganwardi Centre Lone Mohalla-A, Sogam shall not be filled up. 5. Disposed of as above.
