Petitioner has preferred this writ petition (civil) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :- “10.1. A writ and/or an order to set aside the impugned order dated 15.12.2023 (Annexure P/2), by issuing suitable writ, order, etc as by virtue of which the Digitally signed by AVANISH KUMAR PATHAK Date: 2026.01.29 17:29:28 +0530 2 petitioner was stopped from performing its duties as Chairperson of the Commission. 10.2. A writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of mandamus to allow the petitioner to perform his function as the Chairperson of the Commission, as per the mandate of the Adhiniyam 2003. 10.3. A writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the authorities to act in accordance with the Statutory provisions and to correctly read the exception clause mentioned in Impugned Order dated 15.12.2023, which mandates that the appointment which are not to be removed as per law, are not covered under the termination, by permitting the petitioner to continue discharging his function as Chairperson. 10.4. Cost of the proceedings. 10.5. Any other writs and directions that may be deemed fit and just in the facts & circumstances of case.” 2. At the outset, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, term of the petitioner, who was holding the post of Chairperson of Chhattisgarh Urdu Acadamy, has completed, therefore by efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the State conceded above submission. 4. In view of above submission, this petition is dismissed having become infructuous. 5.
