The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gawan P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, registered under sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 126(2), 74, 75, 303(2), 3(5) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has earlier moved in A.B.A. No.5617 of 2025 which was rejected by order dated 22.09.2025. He further submits that now investigation is under progress and in view of that the present anticipatory bail may kindly be entertained. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that there is no fresh ground in the second anticipatory bail application and earlier anticipatory bail application has been dismissed on merit. 5. In course of argument no fresh ground has been argued. Earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner has been rejected on merit.
