Polavaram Police Station, Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Konasema District, registered 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.P.No.7025 of 2026 Dated 24.08.2026 against the Petitioner/Accused No.1 herein for the offence punishable under Section 194 of ‘the BNNS’. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. This Court, by order dated 22.07.2026 in Crl.P.No.5761 of 2026, dismissed the first bail application. The present application is the second bail application. As seen from the record and as submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, there has been no change in circumstances from the date of dismissal of the first bail application till the filing of the present second bail application. The investigation is still at a progressive stage. There are no merits in this petition. Hence the petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
