Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Palash Rajbongshi, who has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Rangia Police Station Case No. 47/2026 Page No.# 2/3 under Sections 115(2)/117(2)/109/74/351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State. 3. Case Diary is received. 4. It is submitted that the victims have sustained injuries, which are simple in nature and most of the injuries were caused by blunt object. 5. The petitioner is on interim bail and he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has been recorded. There are incriminating materials in the case diary against the petitioner. 6. I have considered the submissions at the bar. I have also scrutinised the case dairy and there are incriminating materials against the petitioner. 7. As investigation has been progressed and as the petitioner have appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with the investigation, the interim order dated 23.04.2026 is hereby made absolute under the following conditions:- (i) That the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on every fortnight till completion of investigation, (ii) That the petitioner shall not exercise threats to the complainant and the witnesses and, (iii) That the petitioner shall refrain from such activities with which he has alleged. 8.
