The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 itself envisages that in case of acquisition of a property the forum to which the petitioner has to approach if she is not satisfied with the compensation awarded. The question of issuing any directions in a writ petition does not arise. 3. For the aforementioned reason, the writ petition is hereby dismissed reserving the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum and work out her remedies in accordance with law.
