JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER 22.06.2026 Heard Mr. A R Agarwala, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. This application has been filed for correction of the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 361/2017. In the said order, it was directed that the amount shall be paid to the claimant no. 3, as the claimant nos. 1 and 2 expired. Mr. Agarwala has submitted before this Court that the claimant nos. 1 and 2 are still alive and there is no claimant no. 3 and, therefore, the amount shall be paid to the claimant nos. 1 and 2 instead of claimant no. 3 Accordingly, the error stands corrected. In view of the above, the amount mentioned in the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 361/2017 shall be paid to the claimant nos. 1 and 2. This order shall form a part of the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 361/2017. The interlocutory application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
