1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief(s):-
“10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records in related to the case of the petitioners from the possession of respondent for its kind
consideration. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of benefits of Kramonnati Vetanmaan/Time pay scale on completion of 10 years of services in light of the circular dated 10.03.2017issued by the State Govt. and order passed by the Division bench in case of Smt. Sona Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh order dated 28.02.2024. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to give all benefits of petitioners including the arrears of pay with 18% interest per annum from the date of completion of 10 years of services till the actual payment of Kramonnati Vetanmaan within the stipulated period of 30 days. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to
disposed off the instant writ petition with similar order passed in the case of Smt. Sona Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others in Writ Appeal No. 261/2023 order passed on 28.02.2024. 10.5 That, any other relief may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit in facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition as having been rendered infructuous.
