The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, in case the petitioner produces any document to show the ownership of the property, they are ready to provide the service connection. 3. Considering the above facts, the petitioner is directed to produce property tax receipt standing in the name of the writ petitioner, to the respondents.
