He has produced the case diary, a perusal whereof reveals that a complaint for commission of offences punishable under Sections 8, 21, 25, 27A, 29 and 60 of the NDPS Act stands filed against Abdul Razzaq, Gafoor Ali and Juman Din. Abdul Razzaq is the petitioner in this Bail application. 3.
