On the prayer of the learned Advocate for the petitioner leave is granted to implead the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), District Bankura as party-respondent no.7 in the writ petition. 2. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 3. By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent authority for his intra district transfer to any school nearby his residence upon considering the representations dated 18th September, 2024 and 6th June, 2025. 4. The petitioner contends that he joined as an Assistant Teacher in Srirampur Barsal Primary School under G. Ghati Circle, P.O. Brindabanpur Barsal, P.S. Gangajalghati, District Bankura on 3rd February, 2017. The service of the petitioner has been confirmed. The petitioner is suffering from Intracerebral Haemorrhage 2 with Midline Shift and Hypertension and headache followed by right side weakness and loss of consciousness since 5th March, 2024. The petitioner was admitted to Institute of Neurosciences at Kolkata on 6th March, 2024. The petitioner is presently under medical treatment. On 18th September, 2024 and 6th June, 2025 the petitioner made representations before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Bankura, respondent no.4 seeking for his transfer. However, the same is still pending consideration. Hence, this writ petition. 5. Ms. Mousumi Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter may be relegated to the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Bankura, respondent no.4 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18th September, 2024 and 6th June, 2025. 6. Learned Advocate representing the District Primary School Council, Bankura as well as State- respondent leaves the matter to the discretion of this Court. 7. In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the respective parties, the respondent No.4, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Bankura is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18th September, 2024 and 6th June, 2025 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law, upon notice to the petitioner, within a period 3 of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 8. The respondent no.4, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Bankura shall be at liberty to seek for medical examination of the petitioner before considering the representations of the petitioner, if so required. 9. The reasoned is to be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such reasoned order. 10. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent no.4, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Bankura. 11. With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 23543 of 2025 stands disposed of. 12. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 13. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 14. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 15. There shall be no order as to costs. 16. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 17.
