The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is implicated in Criminal Case in C.C.No.241 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam. 3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court seeking permission to go abroad.
