3. On query made by the Court, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not knowing whether NBW has been issued or not.
4. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is having no apprehension of arrest as the petitioner’s custodial enquiry is not required in a complaint case and the petitioner is required to comply the summon, as such this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to comply the summon.
