Stalin, i.e., the 3rd respondent, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner’s complaint has been taken on file and referred to the Child Welfare Committee. It is further submitted that, after obtaining the report, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. 3.
