The petitioner has sought for issuance of 'E' khata in respect of the writ petition schedule property. As the same has not been granted so far, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents particularly Respondent No.3 to enter the name of the Petitioner in E-Khata in respect of property mentioned in the schedule below. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16955 WP No. 16626 of 2024 ii) Issue any other writ or order or direction that deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. SCHEDULE Site bearing No.6, Panchayath Khata No.149 measuring East to West 80 Feet and North to South 60 Feet, situated at Kurubhattur Village, Hetturu Hobli, Sakaleshpura Taluk, along with shed measuring 10 x 15 feet standing thereon and bounded by; East: Property of Y. K. Puttaswamy Gowda West: Road to Hospital North: Road South: Gomala" 2. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 upon instructions, submits that the petitioner has not made an online application for issuance of 'E' khata and if the petitioner were to make an online application along with all the necessary documents, the same will be considered. The petitioner is agreeable for the same. Hence the following:- ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16955 WP No. 16626 of 2024 ii. Petitioner is given liberty to make an online application for issuance of 'E' khata in respect of the writ petition schedule property. iii. If the petitioner were to make such an application, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, by respondent No.3 within a period of three months thereafter.
