The revisional application has been preferred by the defendants/petitioners herein challenging Order No. 29 dated 06.11.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas, in T.S. No. 03/2022 under Order 22 Rule 3 CPC. 3. Vide the impugned order the trial Court has fixed another date for hearing of the substitution application. 4. The defendants/petitioners herein at the time of hearing submits that the Title Suit is pending since 2022 and there are several applications which are pending adjudication by the trial Court and the suit is being delayed. 5. Considering the relief prayed for, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the interlocutory applications expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of this order and then proceed to dispose of the suit 2 expeditiously, preferably within six months thereafter. 6. Civil revision stands disposed of. 7. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of. 8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
