Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner participated in recruitment process initiated vide advertisement dated 20.02.2025 issued by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for appointment on the post of Patwari in the category of Outstanding Sports persons. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner owns to her credit certificate issued by Volleyball Federation of India for participating in Federation Cup Volleyball Championship. Learned counsel for the petitioner also indicates that Volleyball Federation of India is affiliated to Indian Olympic Association as per letter dated 14.01.2025 from 2010-11 to 2024- 25, yet instead of considering candidature of the petitioner in the category of Outstanding Sports Persons, respondents have considered her category in OBC Female. 3. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has secured more marks than the cut-off marks declared by the respondents in Outstanding Sports Persons category and in case, the petitioner is considered in that category on the basis of valid certificate possessed by the petitioner, she has got legitimate right of appointment. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a representation raising her grievances before the competent authority and the competent authority may be directed to decide the same in a time bound line. 4. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the competent authority, which shall consider and decide the same in objective manner by reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation along with a certified copy of this order. 5.
