02/26.02.2026 Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar(Cyber)P.S. Case No. 163 of 2025.
It has been alleged that the petitioner and other co- accused persons had been apprehended by the police on suspicion of being involved in cyber crime. From the possession of the petitioner one mobile phone along with SIM card were recovered . The petitioner appears to be in custody since 05.12.2025. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar(Cyber)P.S. Case No. 163 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.
