1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.
2. This Interim Application has been preferred against the order dated 17th September 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court in Writ Petition (L) No. 25936 of 2025, whereby registration of the above numbered Writ Petition was directed to be refused on account of non-removal of office objections within the prescribed period. 1 MAYUR KONDIRAM ADANE Digitally signed by MAYUR KONDIRAM ADANE Date: 2026.09.17 15:24:21 +0530

3. Mr. Ingule, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner submits that the office objections could not be removed within the time granted and seeks an opportunity to remove the same. It is submitted that the Petitioner is ready and willing to remove the office objections within the time that may be granted by this Court.
4. Mr. Ingule, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner, has drawn the attention of the Court to the averments made in the Interim Application, particularly paragraphs 7 and 8 thereof, in support of the reasons for non-removal of the office objections within the prescribed period. There is also a delay of 65 days in filing the present Interim Application.
5. Ms. Neha Bhide, learned counsel appearing for Respondents has objected to this Interim Application. However, considering the explanation tendered, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for condonation of the delay. The explanation set out in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Interim Application for the non-removal of the office objections is also found to be satisfactory in the given
facts and circumstances.
6. In light of the above and in the interest of justice, the order dated 17th September 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial – I) of this Court is hereby set aside. 2

7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition would be restored to the file of this Court, subject to the removal of all office objections by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
8. It is made clear that in the event the office objections are not removed within the period afore-mentioned, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed, without any further reference to the Court.
9. The Interim Application is Disposed Of in the above terms.
