Paragraph No.9(iv) reads as under:- “9(iv) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court” 2.Heard M/s.M.Benazir, learned counsel for revision petitioner. 3. He would further submit that petitioner's wife has underwent cataract surgery and cholecystectomy surgery and hence, he is unable to comply with the conditions regularly. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, condition No.9(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.11248 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1011 of 2024, dated 22.10.2024, is modified as follows:- “9(iv).
