The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.3861/2024 (S-RES). In terms of the said order, accused No.2 was directed to take steps for grant of entitlement of the complainant as per the letter dated 21.06.2023. Additionally, accused Nos.1 and 3 were directed to consider the complainant's entitlement for revised Second National Judicial Pay Commission scale. 2. Insofar as steps to grant of entitlement is concerned, an affidavit of compliance has been filed inter alia stating that reappointment pay of Rs.22,457/- per month was fixed under Rule 313(b) of the Karnataka Civil Services Rules for the period from 01.07.2016 to 28.02.2023 and an amount of Rs.30,17,147/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Seventeen Thousand One Hundred and Forty Seven only) has been credited to the complainant's account. 3. Learned counsel for the accused states that respondent No.3 will consider the complainant's entitlement to revised Second - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8356-DB CCC No. 944 of 2025 National Judicial Pay Commission scale within a period of four weeks from date. 4. In view of the above, the compliant is closed with liberty to the complainant to revive the same, if no decision is taken with regard to his entitlement to the Second National Judicial Pay Commission scale within a period of four weeks from date. 5.
