When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.28882 of 2022, the District Collector, Tirupati, had issued proceedings bearing No.REV02/SEC0PP/54/2025-LAND-E1, dated 09.04.2026, whereby and whereunder the subject land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.5.18 cents in Sy.Nos.3771/, 3773 to 377/5 of Kanchanaputturu village, Buchinaidu Kandriga Mandal, Chittoor District, was directed to be deleted from the prohibited properties issued under Section 22 A of A.P. Registration Act, 1908. Copy of the said proceedings dated 09.04.2026 is placed before this Court. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the contempt case. 4. As the order under contempt had been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
