This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking vacation of an ad-interim order of injunction passed on May 23, 2025 by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 5th Court at Alipore, 24-Parganas (South) in Title Suit No. 754 of 2025. 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 3. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application 2 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 5th Court at Alipore, 24-Parganas (South) to dispose of the petitioners’ application for vacation of ad-interim order of injunction passed on May 23, 2025 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4. C.O. 1214 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
