Call for records leading to issuance of Call for the records leading endorsement dated: 12.6.2023 vide Annexure-S. ii. Issue a Writ of certiorari and quash the endorsement dated: 12.6.2023 in bearing No.5.(-7)2.5 28/23-24 issued by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-S. iii. Issue writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent/or direct respondent to release payment against the pending payment of bill since 2020 and grant such other relief /s in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a claim for certain payments due from the respondents has been made. 3. If that be so, there being a dispute between the petitioner and respondents no direction could be issued as sought for. 5.
