The petitioner is an accused in connection with Barwadda P.S. Case No. 217 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 135 of 2025. The petitioner was suspected to have enticed away the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 14.09.2025. It has further been submitted by referring to the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS of the victim that the victim has stated that the petitioner is a decent person, who is her friend and he has not done any wrong act with her. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS of the victim, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Dhanbad in connection with Barwadda P.S.
