Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation of petitioner for inclusion of length of past services of petitioner rendered on the post of Lab Technician for the purposes of fixation of pay and other service benefits of the petitioner, as per circular dated 03.08.2018. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised by the petitioner is that earlier service rendered by the petitioner on the post of Lab Technician is not being considered, aggrieved by which, petitioner submitted representation dated 03.12.2025 before respondent No.4 which is pending consideration and therefore a direction be issued to respondent No.4 to take decision on pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, without observing anything on merit of case, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent No.4 to take decision on the pending representation in accordance with 3 / 3 law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may also be permitted to submit fresh representation before the concerned authority and prays for issuance of direction to decide the representation to be submitted by the petitioner also. 6. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that if petitioner submits fresh representation before the concerned authority, the same shall also be considered and decided by the authority in accordance with law, in above terms. 7.
