Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 97 days and there has been recovery of 50 bottles and 60 bottles of codeine mixture. 2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that investigation of the case is still in progress. 3. Report filed by the State is taken on record. 4. Having considered the fact that investigation is still in progress, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 194 of 2026 is dismissed. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.) 2
