None appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Vidhan Sabha P.S. Case No. 56/2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner and another accused had fired at the informant and when the police came, they were also fired upon. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the same offence two separate cases have been instituted. The learned counsel submits that no one had suffered any injuries and that the petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2025. It has further been submitted that on conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted by the police. In view of the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned AJC-XII at Ranchi in connection with S.T.
