1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. For the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 17.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24245 of 2026, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but due to inadvertence and typographical error in the petition, the address of petitioners have been mentioned as “Village Gairatpur, P.S. Manjhi, District Saran” and the same has been reflected in the said order dated 17.04.2026, whereas the correct address of petitioners is “Village Nawalpur, P.S. Daudpur, District Saran”, therefore, the same may be corrected and modified.
3. In view of the submission made on behalf of

learned counsel for the petitioners, let the address of petitioners is directed to be corrected as “Village Nawalpur, P.S. Daudpur, District Saran” in place of “Village Gairatpur, P.S. Manjhi, District Saran” in the order dated 17.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24245 of 2026.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, further four weeks’ time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court concerned.
5. Accordingly, the order dated 17.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24245 of 2026, stands modified to the above extent.
6. The order passed today shall be part and parcel of the order dated 17.04.2026.
7. The present Cr. Misc. Application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
