2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, 1. Osmat Ali and 2. Mahar Ali, in connection with Hajo P.S. Case No. 146/2026 under Sections 329(3)/351(3)/191(2)/191(3)/115(2)/117(2)/74/75/324(4)/324(5)/326(g) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The case diary called for has been received and perused.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that after obtaining the interim pre-arrest bail, one of the petitioners has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation of the case. However, due to some personal difficulties, one of the petitioners could not appear before the Investigating Officer earlier but at present both the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and are co-operating with the investigation of the case. Therefore, they pray that the interim pre- arrest bail may be made absolute.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there are some incriminating materials against the petitioners, however, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and are co-operating with the investigation of the case.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for both the parties and taking into account the conduct of the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners can be granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted earlier on 20.05.2026 is hereby

7. The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
