Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the civil writ petition with liberty to file revision petition and also prays that the certified copy as well as Vakalatnama may be ordered to be returned back.
2. In view of the submission made at Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present civil writ petition with liberty to file revision petition in accordance with law.
