Case was fixed for Case Diary but it is submitted by Ms. Bora as well as Mr. Page No.# 2/2 Mishra that case has already been charge-sheeted vide C.S. No. 33/2026 dated 28.04.2026. Mr. Mishra also submitted that the case has already been registered and numbered as PRC Case No. 166/2026. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below with a regular bail application, which may be considered in accordance with law. However, till next date of listing i.e. 29.06.2026, the interim granted to the present petitioner be continued. With the above observations, the matter stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
