The applicant, who is in custody since 18.07.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 193/2025 registered for the offence U/s 64/351(2)/3(5) B.N.S, pending in the court of J.M. 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Innocence has been claimed and participation in the trial has been assured. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and it has been submitted that it is a case of rape committed by the younger brother of husband (Devar) and the female has been exploited by the family of the applicant. The charge is yet to be framed. 5. Considering the stage of the trial and the material available on the record, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant (s) on bail at this stage.
