Ghosh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri D.P. Borah, learned Standing Counsel, Health Department, Assam. The challenge was with regard to a Product Debarment Notice dated 23.11.2025 issued by the Assam Medical Services Corporation Ltd. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has, however, informed that during the pendency of this writ petition, the impugned order has been revoked. In this regard, an order of revocation dated 18.06.2026 has been placed before this Court. In view of the aforesaid development, this Court is of the opinion that there is no live cause of action which requires for any adjudication. The writ petition accordingly stands closed.
