Appeal No. 05 of 2006. Further prayer has been made for quashing the order dated 06.05.2006 passed by the Vice Chairman, Ranchi Regional Development Authority in U.C. Case No. 62 of 2000 and prayer has also been made for quashing the notice dated 21.04.2011 issued by the Court of Vice Chairman, Ranchi Regional Development Authority, Ranchi. 2. After some arguments, Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to find out his remedy, if any cause of action is still survives. 3. Learned counsels for the State, RRDA and R.M.C have got no objection. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending I.A, if any, stands disposed of.
