P.P. …...... 03/ 16.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as they are in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2) 352, 74, 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is allegation against these petitioners is general in nature. The allegation of assault with the rod and spade is upon Minhaj Ansari and Moiz Ansari. These two are not the petitioner before this Court. 5. Considering that the allegation against these petitioners is general and omnibus, I am inclined to grant bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Kanke Police Station Case No.201 of 2024 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioners, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand.
