Gupta, the learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. A. Bhattacharya, the learned counsel for the respondents/insurance company. [2] This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicants/claimants, praying for release of the 50 % of the awarded amount which was deposited by the opposite party No. 1/insurance company, in pursuant to the order dated 02.05.2025, passed in I.A.(Civil) No. 1286/2025 has a condition for grant of stay of the execution of the impugned judgement and award in the connected MACAppeal No. 156/2025. [3] After considering the averments made in the interlocutory application as well as facts and circumstances of this case, the prayer is allowed. [4] The Registry is directed to release the 50% of the awarded amount, which was deposited by the respondents/insurance company in pursuant to the directions of this court to the present applicants/claimants after proper verification.
