Ms. Kumari, learned Standing Counsel, CBI has objected to the same. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides. 5. It is hereby directed that the sentence imposed upon the applicant Abul Hussain by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati in CR Case No.3133c/2008 and affirmed by the learned Special Judge, CBI, Assam, Additional Court No.2, Chandmari, Guwahati in Criminal Appeal No.41/2024 shall remain suspended till disposal of the connected Criminal Revision Petition. 6. The applicant Abul Hussain is allowed to go on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati. 7.
