MST ORDER This petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title. 2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is stated that the petitioner purchased the suit property pending legal proceedings on 17.04.1996. Therefore, she is a person aggrieved by the decree, which is binding on her as a pendente lite purchaser. In such circumstances, this petition, seeking accept the cause title, is not maintainable and the proper petition to be filed is to grant leave to the petitioner to file the second appeal. 3.
