The present writ petition has been seeking a direction to respondents to initiate demolition action against the construction being raised at Khasra No. 14/15/4, Village Nangli Poona, Near Tata Service Center, Delhi-110036 (hereinafter ‘subject land’). 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased the subject land vide sale deed dated 18th February, 2026. 3. At best, the case of the petitioner is that there is an illegal encroachment on the land of the petitioner, for which the appropriate remedy would be to initiate civil proceedings. 6.
